  • API and Database Hosting: Our API and associated databases are hosted in Finland.
  • Website Hosting: The remainder of the platform, including the website, is hosted in the United States. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States and Finland, subject to applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Services, including the website and API, are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any rights to our intellectual property by using the Services.
  • User Content: By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Services. You retain ownership of your content, but you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and share that content.
